Fees
The following information is for guideline purposes only and subject to change without notice. Actual fees will be quoted on request. All amounts shown are excluding VAT at 17.5%

Actual fees depend on type and quantity of activities. If required, Joining Dots can contract through third-parties such as approved suppliers and agencies, subject to agreeable rates and terms of service. Most activities are delivered 1:1 for organisations. See Event Diary for details about attending open events
Discovery Workshops are quoted and invoiced on a fixed price basis, including any additional preparation and delivery requested. Project Guidance is quoted and invoiced on a time and materials basis, the Virtual CIO is an annual subscription based on activities planned in advance. Instant Answers can provide 'how to' advice (by the hour/day) or build solutions (quote provided)
Services can be booked within 24 hours notice of delivery, subject to availability and on receipt of a valid purchase order. All activities include follow-up email and telephone support
Time, Travel and Expenses
A standard charge of £150 + VAT per day is normally applied to on-site consulting within England and Wales, to cover travel time and expenses. Services are available anywhere accessible by plane, train or automobile (spaceship would be interesting...) but further afield may incur additional costs.
